I rarely leave reviews, even when I’m extremely upset. However, today was an unforgettable day due to the circumstances. I was furious with the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I had waited an entire week for my appointment, only to be turned away on the day of my consultation. The doctor had canceled all her appointments on December 19, 2025, at 3 PM, but this crucial information was not communicated to me until the very last moment. ****Edited review in response to the practice response——My review is all about Dr. Glasnapp and has nothing to do with the previous facility where she worked. It has everything to do with HER lack of proper care in my case.***** I saw Dr. Glasnapp several years ago when she was SIUH North. Dr. Glasnapp is by FAR the BEST doctor that my family ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Dr. Glasnap performed a gastric sleeve surgery on my mother in July and she was beyond thorough and caring throughout the entire process. She even went away on vacation the week after and was texting us to make sure that she was okay. Fast forward to November and my dad had complications with a similar surgery that Dr. Glasnap DID NOT perform.
