I feel really disappointed with the care I've received with Dr Inzerillo. She came so highly recommended with her credentials and expertise touted to me but her bedside manner was lacking and unfortunately, she met my concerns and points raised during my appointments with a dismissive attitude. I left feeling discouraged and unsure what to do next. Additionally, the front office staff is unfortunately never available but moreover, 2 or 3 calls (with voicemails left) are necessary to try and get a response.
Over two weeks I have made six requests for my medical records via text and telephone. The doctor/office will not even acknowledge my requests. * this against federal law.
Dr Inzerillo has been my Doctor for many years. She diagnosed me with Hashimotos disease, and she has been professional, through, and very down to earth. She makes you feel comfortable, and picked up I my blood work, and oversight from another specialist!!!! She is highly respected by patients and other medical professionals. Her staff on the other hand needs improvement!!!
Phone system often doesn't answer even during office hours. Maybe they forget to turn it on in the morning and after lunch?
dr Inzerello is good but the staff in her office, the receptionists especially, are AWFUL! They are curt, nasty, rude and very unfriendly!! She should hire friendlier people.
