I'm DONE coming here. Dr. Pullen has exceptional bedside manner, but don't go here! You'll never actually get to see the doctor. The doctor and midwives are great, but the staff and planning are SO TERRIBLE that you won't get the care you need in a timely manner. My last appointment was 3 YEARS ago. They reschedule me and reschedule me so many times that I get bumped back YEARS. Each rescheduling adds another 6 months because they are so booked. Then the CANCEL on me last minute. This review is strictly about my MD experience and not the office as a whole. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Pullen was why I will be leaving the office as a patient. I have been to this office for my 2 sons previously and would rave about it to everyone I could. I also worked at a women’s health office and would travel to continue to see my provider here. I am rating 4 stars despite never seeing the doctor. My experience echoes some of the other reviews. I called to schedule an initial appointment during summer of 2024 and was given an appointment date in March of 2025. I went to the appointment on time and was advised the office unilaterally rescheduled my appointment without any prior notice (though they claimed to have to called me).
