This review is strictly about my MD experience and not the office as a whole. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Pullen was why I will be leaving the office as a patient. I have been to this office for my 2 sons previously and would rave about it to everyone I could. I also worked at a women’s health office and would travel to continue to see my provider here. I am rating 4 stars despite never seeing the doctor. My experience echoes some of the other reviews. I called to schedule an initial appointment during summer of 2024 and was given an appointment date in March of 2025. I went to the appointment on time and was advised the office unilaterally rescheduled my appointment without any prior notice (though they claimed to have to called me). I have been a patient of Dr. Pullen's for several years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and easily approachable. Yesterday, 9/19/25, she added a family member of mine to her practice and delivered my first great-granddaughter! The C-Section went without a hitch and I met my beautiful great-granddaughter last night. Thank you so much, Dr. Pullen!
I was transferred over to Dr. Pullen by the Adventist Women’s Health Team when my previous OB GYN moved on to start her own health care practice. I was concerned at first about the transition but trusted the process . I’m very particular and always proceed with caution, and do my own research before allowing someone to provide and consult me about my health care. I love Dr. Pullen. She's an excellent listener and very easy to talk to. She's intelligent, up-to-date, and very kind and understanding. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
