Ms. Thiele neglected to notify me of the receipt of an offer from opposing party which would have avoided a wasteful two day hearing - which she also lost. I was then required to retain new counsel to represent me at opposing party's claim for court costs - Please be careful. Upon retaining Ms. Thiele, I trusted her implicitly - my error and I have paid for my misjudgment of her integrity and lack of basic fundamental professional and personal discipline.
