I was holding a great deal of hate and anger towards a family member. This feeling was changing my behaviour and causing me to act in ways that just wasn’t me, and I didn’t like myself for it. She helped me to understand why I held those feelings and how to deal with them. Replacing them with positive thoughts and feelings. I felt so comfortable with Angela because of her professional, warm and caring nature that allowed me to accept the techniques she suggested and have confidence and belief in them. Thank you Angela
