Dr. Culbreth is an excellent doctor. She is very sympathetic and most of all exceptionally kind. I will miss her and her staff. I highly recommend her practice.
In 2014, I had the absolutely worst birth experience thanks to Angela Culbreath. This is my msg to her: You broke my water against my wishes, treated me like an animal, left me in stirrups with the door wide open, and told me I’d believe the sky was purple if someone told me that. You told me I’d never have anything other than csection after that. You also used your hands to purposely tear my vagina to “stretch it” before I started pushing. You said I would “thank you later”. Dr. Culbreth office keeps billing our insurance company monthly for “Chronic Care Management Services” and my husband has not seen her or spoken to anyone from her office since April 2025. We moved 6 hours away in October 2025 and changed insurance companies because we moved out of state. Somehow she was able to find out our new Medicare Advantage Plan information and billed them-and continues to bill them each month for services she is not doing. My first time visiting Dr. Culbreth was an unsettling and disappointing experience to say the least. I scheduled an appointment to do a routine checkup, in addition to addressing a concern I was having regarding my body’s reaction to a prescribed medical device I had been using for 5 months.
