I love love love Dr. Cope. I had a wonderful experience with her during my first full term pregnancy since I was/am a high risk and was really looking forward to using her for any additional children. However, per her front staff, it doesn't matter if you are already an established patient they will not schedule you if she already has a certain number of OB patients already. The staff was very unhelpful and not understanding of situations.
I was a patient of Dr. Cope’s years ago. I’m writing this review now because I’ve found the cause of the pain I kept telling her I had that she blew off. Turns out it’s pelvic congestion syndrome and with just a few questions and a CT scan, it could’ve been figured out. Instead, she kept dismissing me and acting like I was being dramatic. Now that I’m getting treatment, I’m mourning the past 7 years of discomfort I’ve felt that could’ve been solved so easily if she actually cared. Absolutely the worst obgyn experience I have ever had. Wanted to kill myself after almost 6 months of bleeding NON STOP and vomitting profusely to the point where I must visit urgent care constantly paying out if pockets she wouldn't even give me anything for pain she tried to tell me to take ibuprofin before i feel it coming are you kidding? Do NOT go see this doctor!!!!!!! The ABSOLUTE worst female doctor! So dismissive and her bed side manners are ATROCIOUS! The last 3 weeks of pregnancy I walked out of her office crying every single time because of how she treated me. Also if you’re planning on giving birth look at the statistics of her Csections! She is csection happy!!!!!!! The office manager also won’t let you transfer doctors to someone more accommodating and nice that is in the same office. If Zero stars was an option she would get that.
