Dr. Chen has taken care of my family and me for about 10 years. She listens and never rushes us and thinks about what the best care should be before prescribing anything. She is smart and respectful and we feel fortunate to have been in her care. She’s the best family doctor I’ve had since returning to Houston 16 years ago. I highly recommend her.

Dr Chen does not really take interest in your care. She just goes through the insurance checklist of approved services and repeats what everyone is talking about, but never asks questions related to your own situation. She then orders the standard tests and a week or 2 later, posts the results with a standard comment, repeated over and over. It’s obviously a copy and paste statement. In the end, she’s not really taking care of me. She’s just going through the motions.

Dr Chen is by far the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She is very friendly, she listens and never makes you feel rushed, shows empathy and gives sound advice based on science and recent research. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks!
