I am leaving an extremely negative review of this clinic. I wanted to consult by phone, but the staff were unable to clearly explain anything about my questions—only excuses and incomprehensible answers. Moreover, they were rude to me, giving me the impression that they didn't want my call at all. Such an attitude toward customers is unacceptable! I do not recommend contacting this clinic and will not contact them again with any questions. Terrible service quality!

Dr Champion gave me a Radio-frequency treatment that disfigured my face. Left lumps in the wrong places all throughout my lower face. The lumps will NOT go away. I have tried everything, and spent thousands of dollars to fix. Nothing will help When I tried to talk to her she would not talk to me on the phone. I made an appt and went in. She would not give me the time of day or apologize
