She's not doing her job
She is wonderful nice and sweet and kind, she doesn't judge you at all and she listens to you with all your problems that you tell her and she will help you and explain what going on to where you can understand the problem and all the staff is wonderful nice and sweet.
Angela Farmer taught me a lot about patience, consistency and mental fortitude. I once blamed her for problems that were really due to a broken system. Somehow, she returns daily, to fight that system and help her patients. I’m thankful she didn’t give up on me. P.S. She doesn’t schedule unnecessary appointments and helps with referrals that make sense.
