Called the Dr's office and was informed that my insurance was acceptable and received an application via email immediately on June 2nd. Completed the application and delivered it in person to husband of doctor Acevedo at her office , on the same day, who indicated they would call me on Friday the 4th. They are closed on Friday, so I called on Monday the 7th to inquire and was told that they were no longer taking new patients. Not sure what is going on, but not very ethical Never even saw the doctor
She is good primary care dr. Very conscientious. Takes time with you.
Dr Avevedo has been my primary care Dr for 5 years, and her office staff and patient care is exemplary. I wish I didn't have to move, and if I find another doctor office half as good I'll be blessed. The doctor is only as good as her staff and she has a kind and prompt staff who answer their phone and do what they say they'll do.
