Purchased angel water system thru the Costco , they promised to me "now you water will be cleared and not smell " but it's still yellow and smells like a rotten egg! They charged me around $6000 for that system!! I have a lot of friends who have systems from different companies and that system cost twice cheaper and they don't have that kind of problems! When I contacted angel water and explained them everything, they offered to me one more additional system for $5500 , so total cost willing to be around $11500!! How I said... read more
I just had my water softener serviced. The equipment was here when I purchased my home and I had to get it fixed. There were 2 tiny pieces that needed to be replaced and it cost $300. There was a $159.00 service fee for them to come out and they were her for 15 minutes. I'm a senior citizen alone on SS and I feel like that is totally Outrageous. I hope they know that they took advantage of a senior woman today.
