Purchased Angel Water system thru the ****** in May 2023. Im experiencing the following issues:- Capacity Issue: I asked the Project Manager before signing the contact how much water I can pump at a time from a 4-gallon water system. His response was - the system would produce at least 3 and half gallon of water. I was getting little over 2-gallon of water. Purchased angel water system thru the Costco , they promised to me "now you water will be cleared and not smell " but it's still yellow and smells like a rotten egg! They charged me around $6000 for that system!! I have a lot of friends who have systems from different companies and that system cost twice cheaper and they don't have that kind of problems! When I contacted angel water and explained them everything, they offered to me one more additional system for $5500 , so total cost willing to be around $11500!! How I said... read more
I just had my water softener serviced. The equipment was here when I purchased my home and I had to get it fixed. There were 2 tiny pieces that needed to be replaced and it cost $300. There was a $159.00 service fee for them to come out and they were her for 15 minutes. I'm a senior citizen alone on SS and I feel like that is totally Outrageous. I hope they know that they took advantage of a senior woman today.

Daniel worked with us to determine the right system for our home, based on the quality of the water from the city and consumption. He organized the installers who seamlessly installed the purification and softener system. Daniel also followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the water. It was a great experience working with Daniel.
ANTHONY installed a reverse osmosis system in my home and I was very impressed with his punctuality, organization, and professionalism. He did a fantastic job explaining my water concerns to me and showed great concern for my family's health. He literally treated us like family. He also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. If I ever have any water concerns in the future I'm most likely going to call him.

Thorough and efficient. Extremely professional and highly recommended. Don't think you know what you are drinking in your water until you have these folks come show you what's up.
