I needed shrub and tree service since the heavy snow damaged some on my property. I called and was not greated by a human but an AI assistant that wanted me to talk with them. I said no and hung up. I called another place and was pleasantly greeted by a real person and they ended up getting the job. It is really sad that they can't even have the time to answer their own calls so when will they have the time to come for an estimate and do the job.
Do not use this company. They overcharged me almost $11,000 for a broken tree branch which was later removed at $900. The guy from Angel's tree came to see the branch, told me it'll cost $3500 to get a crane and it'll take about 4 to 5 hours to get the branch down. He left and sent me a quote. I didn't respond and they decided to flood my email with their quote (junk mails) even after they'll send an email that it's the final reminder. I had to call other tree service vendors.
