I’m not wanting to give a one star however I have been going here for a while and I totally feel like I got taken advantage of yesterday. Normally, I can just get a used tire because I was expressing to them that I would be getting new tires in a couple weeks they didn’t even look. They just sat on the couch and said no no no no we only have brand new. Nothing to fit you without even looking. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I went in to get my tire plugged since I had run over a screw, this has happened in the past, and I usually had no problems getting the tire plugged. So I took it in, and they told me that my tire was “no good” and had to get a new tire. I said ok, and where they were taking the lug nuts off, they used a power tool to take them off which I suspect stripped one of my lug nuts since it was perfectly fine prior, and you’re not supposed to remove lug nuts with power tools for that reas... read more
