Used a coarse, low grade file to confidently “buff” (scratch) all my nail plate on me and a friend for regular polish. They also cut the proximal nail fold instead of just removing the cuticle. Polish was poorly done and had bubbles in it. Had to remove it the next day for work and I’m left with 10 brittle and damaged nail plates I need to wait 6 months regrow on all my nails.
