I only gave one star because you have to, I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star. First off I’ve been a customer here for quite a few years. Recently I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of service, customer service, and pricing. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I waited over an hour while multiple people who came in after me were taken before me. There was no communication, no explanation, and it honestly felt very disrespectful of my time. I understand places get busy, but acknowledging customers and handling the wait fairly goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to come back.

Very reliable location. They do a good job. They have several attendants I prefer the more experienced ones who can dig out ingrown nails with little to no pain. Very accommodating. You should make an appointment but they do take walk ins. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this business.

I was given a gel manicure by Betty and was so happy with the results - I was a walk-in guest and they accommodated me immediately. She was gentle and kind, and let me see different options for the gel colors before we proceeded with the manicure. The price was also so affordable ($30, not including tip)! I definitely will be returning and I recommend that everyone in the Edison area definitely give this establishment a try!
