Great customer service... Pedicure is awesome!!!
I only gave one star because you have to, I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star. First off I’ve been a customer here for quite a few years. Recently I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of service, customer service, and pricing. The nail technicians, especially the manager can be extremely rude and moody and then have the nerve to overcharge for simple services that aren’t performed with an ounce of skill or quality. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I waited over an hour while multiple people who came in after me were taken before me. There was no communication, no explanation, and it honestly felt very disrespectful of my time. I understand places get busy, but acknowledging customers and handling the wait fairly goes a long way. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to come back.
Very reliable location. They do a good job. They have several attendants I prefer the more experienced ones who can dig out ingrown nails with little to no pain. Very accommodating. You should make an appointment but they do take walk ins. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this business.
