One of the most unhelpful, abrupt and rude shop owners I have ever come across. Wouldn’t even let us into the shop because we didn’t have an appointment, and spoke to us as we stood outside. Had driven over an hour to get there and didn’t realise an appointment was needed to even get inside, but it was the rude approach which was the most disappointing. Went elsewhere and was treated so helpfully and respectfully, where we spent &400 - also without an appointment. Would never return here
