Front Desk Assistant is very kind and efficient And Dr Angel Perez is very professional and caring for my Husband always courteous and kind
Unfortunately I have to modify my initial review. The doctors staff is now trying to reschedule my Oct 1st appt to March of the following year citing a CT scan which has already been done & seen by the doctor. This call triggered a panic attack & im honestly contemplating going to the ER to bypass this incompetent staff. We need to see the dr as scheduled & not have incompetent office staff interfering with that. Dr Perez took the time to learn more about my history & symptoms. Dr Perez took the time to learn more about my history & symptoms. He did not rush the time to learn what he could to make an educated decision about further testing to address my concerns. I almost canceled my appointment based on some of the other negative reviews related to the lobby, staff & doctor none of which I personally found to be even remotely true.
Bad experience. He doesn’t listen at all.
