Ralph is amazing! Honest and to the point, the professionalism and integrity of this business is refreshing! The installers were courteous and conscientious of my belongings, they cleaned up after themselves and the installation took less than an hour! The work completed was professional and skilled! Ralph is committed to his clients and backs his shutters 100%! He is honest and trustworthy.
I was left very disappointed with the service I received from Ralph and his team. While the cost was less than other companies, I can now see why. This job was supposed to have been completed in February and this is how they left it. We have told them about the issues and sent these pictures. They have not come back and have now stopped communications with us.
