Lavonia came today to draw my 5 year olds blood. We have had horrible experiences at Quest and LabCorp and were looking for a better experience. She did a phenomenal job. Not only was she communicative, punctual, professional when scheduling the visit, she did a GREAT job. My son didn’t even notice the needle go in. He needs annual draws for allergy testing… we will never NOT use Lavonia! Highly recommend for squirmy kids scared of needles.
Lavonia is fantastic -- an extremely skilled phlebotomist and a very, very nice person! A family member needs regular phlebotomy, and Angel's Touch is making a major change to our lives easily manageable. Thank you!
I've always had a phobia with getting my blood taken, still do but Lavonia was very quick and made the experience a bit more comfortable.
Our phlebotomist was so patient with my adult special needs daughter. She immediately calmed her to the point that my daughter wasn’t even aware that her blood was being drawn. I have hard to get to veins and she was extremely gentle in drawing my blood as well. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience. The best experience I’ve had with my 3yr old getting blood work done. Took less than 5 minutes!!! Ms.L is literally the best. Thank you
