My friend went there to get a bridal dress and in return of an expensive dress she received a wrong color , size and undone dress . She would go to get measured and they would take notes down to make sure she will receive what she asked but nop. She didn’t now she has to take it somewhere else to get it fix or buy another one and she lost $3000 or more for their incompetence.. Not the best or clean store dressing room is filty when you pay $760 for a white dress you expect white! This is disappointing lights are very dim inside the store. The mirrors need everyday cleaning i wouldnt recommend this bussiness at all. This dress was only tried on twice and thats the results of floors being filty.I never take the time to leave a bad review unless is necessary. I hope its helpfull to others.
Awful treatment. We had a tuxedo due a certain date and after driving 2.5 hours to come drop it off and making sure they were going to be open since they close at 7, we arrived at 4:30 and they were closed. We came to drop it off at a later date and ANGELA arrived in the front after her nap since we were waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up.
