I chose this State Farm office not because it was near my home (Im in West Sac) but because we were friends with the previous agent. I almost switched to a more local office after he retired, but its so hard to find a place where you can just call and speak to a LIVE PERSON on the phone these days, let alone the same person each time, and this place has GREAT customer service.
