I have all the symptoms of a spinal cord injury and the desk girl sent me a block away to use the bathroom and I couldn't open the door because it wasn't for handicapped people who are in a wheelchair. She didn't even tell me there was a bathroom in the office there. I would have waited. So obviously I blasted them when I returned. Didn’t even get to see the doctor….the office staff is the WORST! They cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have records…I explained multiple times over multiple phone calls that I had records and would be bringing them with me. They told me that was fine. The office staff was rude as well. I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Gonzalez, but my experience with his office was anything but wonderful.
Dr Gonzalez performed an EMG nerve conduction study on my left hand approximately 2 weeks ago. He was very compassionate, polite and considerate . He explained everything to me which helped to ease my fears and comfort me. And while I was not his patient, he decided to accept me as one, upon my request and our brief conversation during the study.My left hand has been in intense pain for over a year.
