Our family had an excellent experience with the caretakers from Angel Preferred Home Care. Two different women provided daily care for my 92 year old aunt who has dementia. Both women were diligent in their care, patient and respectful. The agency always responded quickly when I had a question or concern. I was glad that I hired them.
Over the last two years Angel Preferred Home Care has provided excellent services for my late father and also for myself when I had a slipped disc. I cannot express enough how reliable this company is. Their team is responsible, experienced, trustworthy, professional, and deeply sympathetic to health challenges that all face. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our family has used the services of (Angels Preferred) for approximately one year. Beginning with Alice who did the intake information and explained everything to the three of us so we had no surprises. Also because one of the accidents occurred in Germany they helped with the insurance and translation. Ketley, our aide has become a member of the family, always taking take of all of us.
