We were disappointed with how our pet was returned to us. We paid for the Silver package, which was advertised as including a necklace urn and a resin paw imprint. The imprint we received does not appear to match our ferret's paw it is significantly larger than her actual paw size. The piece also has glitter across the name and exterior and appears to be melting or degrading. In addition, the necklace urn included in the package was never delivered.
