I would encourage anyone to avoid using Angel Paws Pet Cremation in San Marcos. Our beloved cat died the end of Dec , 2023. It took Angel Paws over three weeks to return ashes and the ashes they returned were those of another animal. It took another week for Angel Paws to supposedly find our cat's ashes and return them. An owner, Chris, did not consistently return calls and he did not follow-through with everything he said. Angel Paws was very unprofessional. They made a sad time distressing.
Horrible customer service. I had to help the driver, who arrived in his personal car, place my dog in the trunk. I was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience and I wasn’t. I was yelled at, spoken to very rudely and I’m highly unsatisfied with this company. My family and I had a very hard time dealing with these people. Do not spend your money here. They do not care about you or your grief
