The front desk definitely does not pay attention. I literally provided the insurance card and they still sent me a bill for my daughter. I literally took the time to give the front desk what they asked for. Furthermore, I checked with the insurance company come to find out they never even billed us. Like how do you expect us to self pay when we have great insurance. I would indeed look elsewhere. It seems like a headache dealing with this office if you ask me.
Horrible experience with the front desk today .! I asked for an explanation of my visit charges as I was a self pay patient , and the front desk employees told me : Don’t worry about it ….!!!! I them told one of the ladies I really wanted to understand what I was charged and she got “upset” and got up and went to look for the other representative and then came back to the front desk saying the other girl just went into to a meeting and that I should wait for my two weeks follow up appointment to get the explanation of my cha... read more
Dr. Pass is a godsend! She is an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. She is thorough, her staff is kind and the office is beautiful. I could write a long dissertation to encourage you to change your Dcotor, however I hope 5 stars tells you how much I love Dr.Paas . Being a women of a particular age needs someone that can relate and help find solutions to enjoy life to the fullest!!!
