Worst experience ever. Made me lose 1 month jumping through al kind of hoops, only to get a negative response the day of the closing. Nothing wrong regarding credit, but they do not like lending to foreign nationals and aren’t upfront about that. There are so many lenders don’t lose your time with Angel Oak.

From my initial conversation with Detonia, I knew I was in good hands. She answered all my initial questions and made me feel at ease.
