This is the worst company you could ever deal with. My folks are putting 60% down and they keep coming back asking for more money down and charging them 4% origination. Never deal with this company or the parent bank. Predatory lending is back folks, and Angel Oak is the leader. Watch out for Christopher Taylor, Candy Davis, David Harris, Michael Thimson, Mary Davis ( underwriter). These people are not good folks. We are filing a complaint with the Colorado Department. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
