I'm being charged over $1,000 dollars a month for a pretty mediocre apartment. My previous abode was $600, much nicer and bigger. I've contacted maintenance several times about fixing my bedroom heater and they've yet to do anything about it, thankfully it hasn't been a cold winter. The landlords were less than helpful when I was attempting to actually move in, until it was time for them to get paid. Then they were very helpful. Have been living here for a decent amount of time. The management is pleasant to deal with and the units are all quite nice. I have no complaints and enjoy living here. I recommend it to friends and the couple who have moved all echo my sentiments. Couldn't be happier with an apartment.
My experience at Angel Nest Apartments has been nothing short of extraordinary, particularly after their recent remodels that have elevated the standard of living in every way possible. The management staff is professional and reliable in my experience with them.
Don’t rent here. New owners are slumlords.. can’t fix anything in a timely manner and treat the tenants like we’re the problem with this old run down building. Didn’t fix my bedroom heater for the whole winter and when they finally did they didn’t even finish the job.. those “updated” floors are cheap and just pop up. They are also trying to charge me for damages that were there when I moved in.(yes there are photos) on top of trying to raise rent $150 to “upgrade the building” they proceeded to paint my personal belongings.... read more
