I had a profoundly disappointing experience at this nail place, which is, by far, the worst place to get your nails done. The quality of service is alarmingly low, and the staff appears ill-equipped to handle basic customer care & they are not professional or know how to do nails! My technician, Nina, was particularly unprofessional. Walked in to get a soak off, the woman acted like she didn't want to do it. Soon as she seen my nails she said no, I asked her can you just pop the stones off she claim to say she got a customer coming .. but 2 seconds ago you was about to do it. Never coming back again.

I went in for a walk in. Fast clean salon, great foot massage and the spa pedicure. Bring cash to tip. I felt so bad. I only had Apple Pay.
