I never leave reviews specifically bad ones to support businesses . I was reading comments of how bad the service is. The lady that helped was not giving good customer service being a bit rude , didn’t care much. I was seeing the reviews of clientes bleeding from their toes after cutting them. The lady made me bleed in my nail of toe , I have never had an experience like that , also it looks like they reuse so many items, not good for hygiene.I’m never coming to this location. Rude and annoying. The lady who I believe is like head of the place (acts cheery and sweet but sincerely is condescending) took over cause apparently only she can do a acrylic toe, was SUPER insisting on a color which was expected but nevertheless she became so rude when I didn’t budge . Mind you I’m the one getting my nails done not her so idk why she thought she had more right than me.
