Title: Worst Nail Experience – Unprofessional and Aggressive! I had the absolute worst experience at Angel Nails. I originally went in on Tuesday for a full set, and the nail tech, KiRA, did a terrible job—my nails were uneven, lumpy, and poorly shaped. When I returned on Monday to have them fixed, instead of handling the situation professionally, she argued with me, aggressively yanked my fingers while redoing my nails, and made them look even worse than before.
