I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My nail technician paid great attention to detail and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The shape, color, and design turned out even better than I expected! I like pedicure and massage here
I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon and will not be returning. The man with the colored bang was extremely rude and handled my hands aggressively, pushing and pulling without any consideration. After finishing one hand, he immediately started drilling the color off and redoing it without saying a single word to me. He was drilling so fast that he ended up nicking my skin. This is unacceptable. Do better with your customer service.
