Terrible management! I came in first and was waiting for my nail technician, but when a white customer walked in and requested my technician, the owner gave her my spot without even asking me. This is completely unfair, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It felt like obvious favoritism. The only good part was that another girl stepped in to do my nails, and she was very nice — but the way the owner handled this situation was unacceptable. My friend went in there for a manicure and nail polish set. The girl started her nails and then another guest came in the owner told the nail tech to go to the other customer and leave my friend sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for her nail tech to come back to her to finish. She never did. My friend still tipped but left angrily because of the disrespect she was receiving by everyone including the owner. I’m very shocked on the racism they showed towards my friend. Please do not go here.
Out of towners: I highly recommend this nail salon! I initially just googled the "best reviews and the most reviews" for a pedicure and it was the first that came up, and it was upheld! We walked in with three ladies wanting pedicures, we were sent straight to chairs and they started straight on our nails. I had Cici and she was doll! Super friendly, clean, and a beautiful set up! When we're back in town that's our go to nail salon from here on out!
