The reason why I chose other is due to the system only allowing me to address one of the issues and not all, there were so many concerns from office issues, office scheduling issues from start to finish, not recognizing my zoc doc appointment, the wait time was more than an hour, the staff is really rude, Dr mulkay is never available and they schedule you with him and then give you a apn who doesn't really know how to handle questions. An exceptional physician, Dr. Mulkay performed my husband's heart stent procedure with great expertise. He is a skilled and caring doctor. However, I must express my disappointment with his medical assistant and office staff, who have not been supportive. When my husband experienced health issues and we reached out to the office for assistance, we were met with inadequate support. Incompetent office. Looking at previous reviews, I see it is a trend.
I called to the office with the recent heard problem AFIB and was told someone will call me back after asking Dr. Ruffo how shold I manage my current condition because my regular medications I took didn't help. Nobody called me back so I took Uber to the Hackensack office to see the doctor. But when I came to the office staff member told me that doctor left and because they have a new computer system even my tomorrow morning appointment that I scheduled log time ago for 9:15am showing at 12:15pm.
