Mostly a good office and good doctors but would like to see main doctors instead of nurse practitioners more often
I want to express my frustration with Dr. Mulkay’s office. The doctor himself is excellent and very professional, but the office is extremely disorganized. They change appointments multiple times, and many times the patient doesn’t even appear in their system. They never answer the phones, and sometimes they just pick up and hang up immediately. It’s very disrespectful to patients and something that urgently needs improvement.
I’m patient of Dr Mulkay about 14 years ago , in Hackensack’s office , he is a an excelente Cardiologist, and professional, he explain everything in details. I trust him 100 %. The medical asistentes and nurse practitioner are very good too. Now I’m doing the appointments in Union City’s office , all staff members are wonderful , I’m felling really good there . I so far have had a great experience at this office with staff and with the doctor. My concerns were addressed with compassion and follow-up appointments and exams were made immediately. For the past couple years I have had the same medical concerns that other doctors at other hospital systems ignored stating oh it’s just stress or your too young dont worry about it…. But between Dr Green at Holy Name and Dr Mulkay I was HEARD. I am thankful for them.
Dr. Mulkay is the best! I had to have a procedure done. I had not met him before the procedure he made me feel so comfortable and assured me, everything would be fine and it was!! Thank you so much, Dr. Malkey.
