An exceptional physician, Dr. Mulkay performed my husband's heart stent procedure with great expertise. He is a skilled and caring doctor. Incompetent office. Looking at previous reviews, I see it is a trend.
I called to the office with the recent heard problem AFIB and was told someone will call me back after asking Dr. Ruffo how shold I manage my current condition because my regular medications I took didn't help. Nobody called me back so I took Uber to the Hackensack office to see the doctor. But when I came to the office staff member told me that doctor left and because they have a new computer system even my tomorrow morning appointment that I scheduled log time ago for 9:15am showing at 12:15pm. A majority of the reviews are 100% correct, Doctors are great, office staff is horrible. They are completely useless, inattentive and never follow up. Never return phone calls or follow up with pre authorizations for prescriptions, etc. decided to leave the practice and find a new cardiologist because of this. Never on time either. Don't waste your time here, go to a practice that values their patients
