My son has CFD and Autism as a result. We used Karen last year and the experience was wonderful. This year we were using her for a repeat test and there was one vial that just didn't have enough blood in it for the test to be completed. I reached out to Karen to schedule a redraw for the single vial. I had planned on paying but she said that it would be free. She then rescheduled the appointment 3 times and has now ghosted!! I'm very confused about all the reviews stating how kind Karen has been to them. I booked an appointment for Tuesday, canceled it 24 hours prior, rescheduled for Wednesday and messaged her about it. She said she got it and see you Wednesday only for her to show up Tuesday, offended and unwilling to double check the messages and just walks away saying shes not coming back. I cannot say enough how scared I am of blood draws, the needles! But With Karen I literally barely felt anything and she was so sweet and kind, put me at ease and drew blood so quick without my even noticing! I will ONLY ever use Karen and her service going forward, amazing!!

I have been using the serives for the past couple of years. It has been an amzing experience. Karen is the best. I have two special needs kids. Karen is so patient and kind with them. I would highly recommend Karen. Thank you Karen.
