I reached out to this company inquiring about Christmas lights. She responded quickly asking what I was interested in doing. When I told her, she responded that they don’t do the hips of roofs as it voids the warranty. She then mentioned other companies that do it but said they have terrible customer service. I responded back that it was good to know that and that I would still like a quote and I heard nothing back.
