No parent ever wants to take their child to the doctor when they’re sick, but this office made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the moment we walked in, Jah greeted us with such positive energy and was incredibly helpful with the check-in process. The staff was efficient, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. I had a very concerning experience during my baby’s appointment. Dr. Paul was not wearing gloves during the examination and appeared to have an open sore in his mouth. He touched my baby’s mouth and attempted to examine my baby’s private area without gloves. I was very uncomfortable with the lack of proper hygiene and safety precautions, especially when examining an infant. I believe strict sanitary protocols should always be followed in pediatric care.
