I am very satisfied with Angel Kids Pediatrics ( Bartram). I can usually get an appointment promptly whenever one of my kids needs to be seen, which I really appreciate. The providers are always friendly and take the time to listen carefully to my concerns as well as my children’s. They consistently provide helpful information and, when needed, the right medication to help my kids feel better quickly. Dr. Jency is awesome! We always feel happy and comfortable every time we see her.

This practice was recommended by an employee. Two visits, two times we waited over an hour past our appointment time. I understand stacking appointments. I don’t understand doing that when you don’t have the staff to back it up. We sat in an exam Room for an hour starting at the scheduled appointment time. Not once did anyone even check in. After 30 minutes I went to reception and asked when I could expect the doctor, I was told she’d check. I did not get an answer. I want to start by saying that Dr. Jordan Magiera is truly the best of all. She is exceptional—caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel heard and respected as a parent. She is the main reason I continue bringing my baby to this office, and I completely trust her with my child’s care. In my opinion, she deserves five stars on her own.
