My first visit with Angel Jernigan was back in 2011 after my 21 year old son passed. During that time she was located on the Southside of Birmingham. She was so compassionate and was always attentive and caring. I did not attend many sessions due to her moving to another location which at the time was inconvenient for me. Angel is a professional who truly cares about her client’s well-being and mental health. She is very knowledgeable in her therapeutic approaches and introduced me to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which was very productive in my healing processes.
