AC in our room was great with the weather being in the mid 80’s it was definitely needed. We stayed in a room with 3 Queen beds and room was clean other than the floor my toddler soles of her feet became black when she was playing also the shower was 3 different shades of yellow and the bathroom smelled like mildew I’m assuming from the shower curtain. Great location close to attractions. We had a wheelchair accessible room parking was right outside the room which was nice. The room had a roll in shower which was so helpful. The air conditioner was not the best and the breakfast wasn't that good looking. But we didn't try it so can't say for sure.
My 2nd visit to this location and when in Branson would not hesitate to stay again. Comfy beds. Good water pressure in showers.
