If I could give this place negative stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we accidentally checked into a crime scene instead of a hotel. Asking for towels apparently required approval from the United Nations because the staff acted like we were requesting the crown jewels. The shower came with complimentary mystery stains that looked suspiciously like someone had mistaken it for a toilet. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. My kids and 2 stayed in a room with 3 beds. AC was cold, shower pressure was so powerful it was painful. Little to no water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet. The pool was nice, but there were no towels available. I got some from the front desk. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals and juices. All of the coffee creamers were out. Location is perfect, next to shopping and places to eat and Silver Dollar City which is where we went.

I will first say initially this is a fair value, and ok hotel with very nice and hard working staff. I stayed for 7 days with my family, and the location is good near shops and tourists attractions. Hotel has updated furniture, floors, and shelving. It also has a TV with all channels I think, and nice double shades on window. I got 3 beds which is great, but walls are thin and no ceiling fans.
