THE "DIRECTOR" NEITHER SHOWED UP TO MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE TO INITIATE HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES NOR HAD THE "COMMON COURTESY" TO CALL ME & INFORM ME IF THEY ARE GOING TO SHOW UP (AS THEY HAD INFORMED ME THEY WOULD, DURING A CERTAIN TIME) , IF THEY ARE RUNNING LATE, ETC...IMAGINE HOW "PUNCTUAL" THEIR PROVIDERS/HOME HEALTHCARE WORKERS MUST BE, IF THEY FOLLOW BY EXAMPLE???...IRRESPONSIBLE, BY FAR!
Manny the manager is very unprofessional/ rude with clients. Never returns ur call when his providers don't show up but they still charge for the day. He sends you providers that he has never met or trained. They don't know what to do.. No coverage sent and u can be without a provider for days and he does not care. If you care for your loved one, don't get this agency
