No matter who your appointment is with, everyone in the shop is very friendly and checks often to be sure you're comfortable (even offering something to drink). Appointments are easy to get because the staff is very flexible. Franck and Darrah spoiled me while taming my unruly, curly hair. I've had compliments on my hair and can style it either straight or curly. But, be sure to check the City's signs designating the 2 hour parking limit if your service will take a while.
