We took home carpet samples. Someone was supposed to show up for measurements but never did. The person told the store mgr that we weren’t home. Not true. Mgr was supposed to follow up and we never heard back. So we returned carpet samples. Went somewhere else. We want to support local AF businesses. But we can’t support poor customer service.
We purchased our tile and carpet here. Very professional and helpful.
