This company is completely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. I ordered a weft thread in dark blonde, but what I received was dark brown. The invoice incorrectly said light brown, and someone had the nerve to handwrite dark blonde on it—clearly trying to cover up the mistake. I brought 5 packets of #60. I have never had a problem with any of the hair that I’ve purchased from this company before up until this last batch. From day 1 of installing it into my customers hair they have knotted non stop to the point they became a ball of mess. I rang to discuss this and they shifted the blame to my customer! The rudest company I have ever delt with as a professional hairdresser. After being a very loyal customer got sent some very bad hair extensions and they just refused to take responsibility. They also had out of stock hair extensions showing as in stock and after purchase would not send the right ones, and refused to acknowledge that once complaint was made and also sent a pack of synthetic black hair extensions when I needed blonde?? Absolutely LOVE my angel extensions. After trying other brands this is a completely different experience. They recommend the perfect amount of hair for me and the colour was matched to mine so well that I don’t need to see my colourist for a while. The hair feels natural yet glam and it’s so nice to have low maintain long hair. I didn’t think this was possible with extensions but it is. 10/10
