I originally planned to write a lengthy review detailing my experience, but I decided against it. Instead, I simply want to say that your office needs to do better when it comes to customer service, showing compassion, and being attentive to patients’ needs. Kai is great!
I called them on August 28th to see if I was approved which I was they then scheduled me an appointment for September 4th at 9 o'clock am. I have been parked in their parking since 8:50 am. I briefly left to go get something to drink and came straight back and have been waiting out in the parking no one has showed up, the door is still locked, there are no lights on in the building. Thank you guys for doing everything in your power to help me with my tooth. My tooth was chipped during a routine filling because a man from Lorain Health and Dentistry in Lorain Ohio dropped the tooth grinder into my mouth and broke the tooth. No one could probably secure the filling to the tooth because the chip was under the gumline. These ladies were the only ones who attempted to fix this guys mistake.
