If your store says something will be done by a certain date I expect it to be done by that date. Waited weeks. Still not finished.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. As someone in the military, I would never trust this business with a uniform—do not be fooled. I’m thankful I did not bring them a uniform, but instead a custom dress—which they still managed to ruin. I had a very disappointing experience with A&C Tailoring (Alterations/Dry Cleaners). Real good
I've visited A&C Tailoring Cleaners company to get my University Graduation suit cleaned that was bad smelling from the delivery company's package. A&C Tailoring did an fantastic job at freshening the air quality of my entire graduation suit such as pants, shirt, vest, and dress jacket. I've picked up my finished order on April 14, 2026. Everything was going well until I found out that they require payment upfront. Idk if they made up that policy on the spot for me, or if that's actually their policy, because it doesn't state that online and I truly hate that I wasted my gas and time. At least with my review, new customers won't make the same mistake.
