This places is a joke... 5 days for get my clothes ready!!!
While there is a language barrier I found their alterations to be handy. But you have to be exact in what you want done. The one item I had dry cleaned was fine no issues.
I've had a fairly good experience up until today. This was my third time trying to pick up my clothes during normal business hours. There's a sign on the door that they will not be back until June 17th. This is going on the 3rd week I've tried to get my clothes. This is so disappointing and frustrating! I won't use them again for anything. I'll just have to be there when the doors open on the 17th, and I will never use them again.
What a rude lady. I actually gave her a 2nd chance She has yelled at me twice. This last time I told her she needs to learn how to talk to customers.. all I did was ask her a question about her service. This place sucks!
