I am so angry with the tailor… the woman who sets in the front. I ask her to hem my dress, why would she remove the lining from my whole dress. “Brand new dress never worn” Just needed hemming. Now without the lining the dress is flimsy and thin and weightless. The kicker is she doesn’t think I have sense enough to know what she did. Extremely unprofessional. I can't believe the way people treat you today. No matter how nice I was to the person at the front desk, they still treated me disrespectful, and items are not ready when they say they would be.
They are very convenient and good for the price. I appreciate the next day service. Only 4 stars because no same day service. Nice owners once you become regular & they get to know you. Reminds me of the old school cleaners my dad used. Very no nonsense but gets the job done. I have never had an issue. Great service...I advise my coworkers to send their clothes out. It saves time! Who else could use more time? Even if just to relax or nap longer? It would take an hour to wash & dry + 30mins to another hour to iron all of tho... read more
