I went to this salon a couple sets ago in between my other salon because they couldn’t fit me in and I needed my nails done quickly, I have to say this may have been the worst experience at a salon and I won’t return. The lady at the front was extremely rude. There wasn’t a soul in the salon but acted as if me coming in at 5pm was such a nuisance. My fingers were all cut afterward and took weeks to heal, my nails were in pain. Overall not a good experience. I won’t return.

i went in and saw rick, i asked for cheetah print on two of my french tips. i brang a photo for preference and it was not anywhere near close to the reference i showed.
I decided to try this salon while my regular nail tech is away. I called about an hour in advance to book a 3:00 PM appointment for both my mom and myself. We arrived about 5 minutes early. My mom was getting a refill, and I was booked for a pedicure. My mom was started around 3:15 PM, but by 3:40 PM no one had spoken to me, acknowledged the delay, or provided any time estimate.
