I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now, and I truly appreciate the consistent effort the team puts into their work. Tina did an amazing job with my gel refill. Even though it was a busy day, she stayed professional and made sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Their colour selection is unmatched, and I always walk out with something fresh and gorgeous. Highly recommend this place — it’s busy for a reason!

Ive been going to this salon for over a year and the service has been so inconsistent. Sometimes great and sometimes mediocre. Today was the last straw though. I scheduled my normal gel refill with Tina and wanted a light design. I even came in 30 minutes early when they called and requested it. When they asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and I was told I needed to call and request a special appt. It was a standard nail colour with some gems added. The place is clean and the people are nice but I personally wouldn’t go back. I got a basic shellac manicure and think it was probably the worst manicure I ever got. I didn’t have the heart to complain so I just left after paying. The application was not even and some fingers are rounded and some are square. I got my nails done today and it looks like I’ve had it for a week because the shellac wasn’t applied close to my cuticles.
I gave this place many chances by booking multiple times and all times were very behind schedule (like over 40 minutes avg). The quality was not great either. Uneven and bumpy nails. Poor time management. One time, I saw them send 2 ladies away who had times booked and brought her elderly mother from afar for the appointment. Terrible experience. Will not go again, nor will be daughters who have also had the same experience.
