I got a bio gel manicure last month was cut which took a month to heal. I decided to give this place another shot bad idea.. I was cut twice during my pedicure they switched employees & got sliced a third time with the nail file. Will not be returning here again. Was still charged for the service minus the removal of the shellac.
I came in for a pedicure on Sunday with Cindy and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. My toe was cut during the service and was still bleeding when I left. It was never acknowledged, bandaged, or apologized for. She didn’t say a word to me about it. I was still charged full price, which was upsetting. I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now, and I truly appreciate the consistent effort the team puts into their work. Tina did an amazing job with my gel refill. Even though it was a busy day, she stayed professional and made sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Their colour selection is unmatched, and I always walk out with something fresh and gorgeous. Highly recommend this place — it’s busy for a reason!
Got my nails done by Tina and she did an exceptional job. She did my nails exactly how my reference photo was. The place is clean and the people were friendly.
Ive been going to this salon for over a year and the service has been so inconsistent. Sometimes great and sometimes mediocre. Today was the last straw though. I scheduled my normal gel refill with Tina and wanted a light design. I even came in 30 minutes early when they called and requested it. When they asked what I wanted I showed her a photo and I was told I needed to call and request a special appt. It was a standard nail colour with some gems added.
